• Canoeing
How about a quiet(-ish) day messing about on the river?

• River Fishing
Popular with many of our Guests either in the Lodge grounds or beyond.

• Bird-Spotting for Beginners
Exotic bird species abound within the Lodge grounds for anyone to spot. And our Early-Birding River Cruise with a knowledgeable guide (and refreshments!) is a must for beginners and experienced birders alike.

• Swimming
Our eco-friendly swimming pool draws fresh water continuously from the river. This avoids using chemicals which might otherwise pollute the river - the only source of drinking water for the local population.

• Hiking
Ample opportunities along the river and in the hills near the Lodge.
