Established in 1997 as the first, and still the only, Namibian-based White-Water Activity Centre, Kunene River Lodge offers some of the finest rafting conditions and opportunities in Southern Africa.

By maintaining our own in-house operation, using only top quality equipment manufactured by ARK and employing resident guides, fully trained to standards of the African Paddlers Association, we can offer the highest levels of expertise and care to our discerning Guests. The mighty Kunene River is one of the youngest in Africa and flows more swiftly than most. The 150 km stretch from Ruacana Falls to Epupa Falls offers everything from mirror-smooth water to rapids roaring through spectacular rocky gorges - all unspoilt and virtually unexplored territory!
