Latest Birding News - Updated 18th December 2008
• November 2008 - the first southern-Africa sub-region sighting of the Angolan Bocagei sub-species of the Yellow-bellied Waxbill was recorded close to the Lodge!
• June 2008 - the first Cinderella Waxbill nest discovered in the wild, close to the Lodge! Five chicks since successfully fledged from the nest. High sighting success rates are now being achieved!
• Kunene River Lodge offers outstanding birding opportunities.
